Description

Satin Blue Paint Protection Film That Shields Your Car From Road Damage

Rock chips, scratches, UV rays, and road debris attack your car's paint every time you drive. This 7.5 mil blue paint protection film stops impact damage before it reaches the clear coat. The TPU film absorbs the energy from gravel, stones, and debris while maintaining optical clarity. Your car stays protected without compromising the satin finish you chose for its new look.

SelfRepair Technology Erases Minor Scratches With Heat

The Nexthor SelfRepair™ topcoat reverses minor scratches and swirl marks when exposed to heat. Park in the sun or apply warm water, and the self-healing paint protection film returns to its original smooth surface. Scratch-resistant protection that repairs itself keeps the satin liquid metallic finish looking fresh without constant maintenance or correction work.

AquaGuard Hydrophilic Coating and BondGrip Adhesive System

The AquaGuard™ hydrophilic nano coating spreads water into a thin sheet that carries dirt and contaminants off the surface. This German-engineered coating works fundamentally different from hydrophobic treatments, creating a self-cleaning effect that lasts the life of the film. BondGrip™ adhesive from the USA creates a secure bond to your paint while allowing clean removal when needed. Both technologies are backed by a 10-year warranty that covers yellowing, cracking, and delamination.

Order Satin Liquid Metallic Blue SelfRepair Nano-Coated PPF today and protect your car in a blue satin finish that combines rock chip protection with self-healing technology. This colored PPF transforms your vehicle's appearance while guarding against the damage that destroys resale value.

Color & Effect

Satin Liquid Metallic Blue creates a deep, wet-look finish with suspended metallic particles that catch and reflect light in motion. The satin surface diffuses reflections into a soft glow rather than a mirror shine, giving the blue a sophisticated depth that changes as you walk around the car.

The liquid metallic effect creates dimension in the blue shade, with metallic flakes appearing to float beneath the satin surface. In direct sunlight, the metallic particles spark with bright highlights while the satin finish keeps the overall appearance understated. Under cloudy skies or in shade, the blue reads richer and darker, with the metallic adding subtle texture to the color.

This finish works on modern sports cars, luxury sedans, and performance vehicles where you want color transformation without gloss. The satin surface reduces glare and visual noise while the liquid metallic keeps the blue from looking flat or matte.

Protection Package

Precision outside. Innovation inside. Structured to maintain film integrity during handling and movement. Designed to reduce unnecessary stress, bending, and surface exposure before application.

Engineered to support stable transport, clean handling, and precise installation conditions.

Application & Installation

Nexthor™ Paint Protection Film is manufactured from premium American and German raw materials and engineered for maximum tensile strength, optical clarity, and controlled elasticity at optimized thickness. Correct installation ensures full adhesive activation, structural integrity, and long-term performance.

Professional Requirements

Installation must be performed in a controlled, dust-free environment using professional-grade tools. Surface contamination, improper slip ratios, or uncontrolled heat application may compromise adhesion performance.

  • Professional PPF squeegee (multi-hardness)
  • Precision blade system
  • Lint-free microfiber system
  • Distilled water only
  • Heat control equipment

Installation Methodology

Nexthor™ PPF is designed for precision wet application using controlled alignment, calibrated slip ratios, and structured adhesive activation. The following methodology ensures optimal bonding strength, visual clarity, and long-term durability.

1. Surface Conditioning

Vehicle surface must be fully decontaminated and panel temperature stabilized. Final wipe with isopropyl alcohol solution is mandatory. Surface must be clean, dry, oil-free, and dust-free.

2. Slip Formula

Recommended ratio: 1L distilled water + 2–4 drops pure baby shampoo. Mix gently to maintain low-foam consistency. No conditioners, waxes, or silicone-based additives permitted.

3. Film Positioning

Apply slip solution to both surface and adhesive layer. Position film under controlled tension. Maintain alignment with body lines and structural reference points.

4. Adhesive Activation

Execute center-out squeegee passes with overlapping pressure lines. All fluid must be evacuated to achieve full adhesive contact. Edges must be secured using controlled pressure and temperature. Avoid overheating.

5. Curing Phase

Initial bond stabilization: 24 hours.
Complete adhesive cure: 7–30 days depending on climate conditions.

During curing:
No washing for 48 hours.
No high-pressure exposure for 7 days.
Temporary moisture pockets may appear and will dissipate naturally.

Maintenance & Care

Nexthor™ PPF incorporates advanced self-healing elastomer technology activated by thermal energy. Wash with pH-neutral automotive shampoo only. Avoid abrasive tools and aggressive chemical exposure. Professional installation is strongly recommended for complex geometries and high-tension panels.
