Each layer of the Nexthor™ film has a precisely defined function - from a hydrophobic nano-layer that repels water and dirt, through a self-healing surface that eliminates minor scratches, to basic protection against impacts and UV radiation.

AquaGuard™ Hydrophobic Nano-Coating (Germany) is an ultra-thin functional layer developed and manufactured in Germany using advanced nano technology. It significantly reduces surface energy, thanks to which water immediately clumps into droplets and dirt or road salts leave the surface with it. The bodywork dries faster after washing, is less susceptible to mineral and dirt deposits, and routine maintenance becomes easier and more economical. The guaranteed hydrophobic effectiveness lasts for 12 months, while its properties can be restored with regular service, so that the film remains equally effective throughout the entire period of use.

SelfRepair™ (USA) is an elastomeric topcoat with a unique ability to thermally reorganize polymer chains. Minor surface damage disappears naturally in the sun or when heated to approximately 60–80 °C, when the polymer chains in the top layer are re-aligned and aligned. The result is a long-lasting smooth surface without holograms and with minimal "orange-peel" effect. No additional polishing of fine marks is required and the surface stably maintains a clean and luxurious appearance, in both glossy and matte versions.

CoreShield™ Base (USA) forms the structural foundation of Nexthor Armor. It is a crystal clear aliphatic TPU substrate with a thickness of approximately 150–180 μm, imported from the USA for exceptional optical clarity, dimensional stability and mechanical resistance. This core effectively absorbs energy from stones, gravel and everyday impacts, protecting the paintwork from typical damage. The combination of high flexibility and strength ensures long-term protection without the risk of yellowing or cracking. UV stabilizers and special anti-yellowing additives maintain a consistent appearance and clarity for many years.

BondGrip™ (USA) is a precision engineered acrylic PSA adhesive developed in the USA. It allows for precise repositioning during installation, yet holds firmly once cured without lift lines or mapping. The high purity of the adhesive minimizes the risk of edge haze and leaves no residue when removed properly. The layer thickness ranges from 20–25 μm, with typical 180° peel and shear values ​​in line with premium PPF adhesives (internal testing). The adhesive is compatible with Slip/Tack solutions, features low edge tension and controllable initial tack, making the installer’s job easier and ensuring a reliable result.
