The core of PPF is CoreShield™ – an aliphatic TPU substrate from the USA with exceptional clarity, UV stability and long life. It ensures a crystal clear appearance without fogging, reliably absorbs impacts from stones and protects the paint from damage. Thanks to special anti-yellowing additives, the film retains color stability and flexibility over years of use, with a guarantee of up to 10 years against yellowing, cracking and delamination.

AquaGuard™ Hydrophobic Nano-Coating (Germany)
The AquaGuard™ active layer uses advanced German nano technology to create an ultra-thin coating with a strong hydrophobic effect. It reduces the surface tension of the film so much that water immediately clumps into droplets, removing dust, road salt and minerals. The surface dries faster, stays cleaner and maintains its protective effectiveness for up to 12 months, with the possibility of regular renewal for a lasting effect.

SelfRepair™ Self Healing Effect (USA)
SelfRepair™ technology uses an advanced elastomeric surface from the USA that is activated by heat and naturally heals fine scratches and holograms. At a temperature of around 60–80 °C, the polymer chains in the top layer reorganize, restoring the surface to a perfectly smooth appearance without the need for polishing. The regeneration effect works equally reliably on glossy and matte finishes, so the film retains its premium appearance for a long time.

It leaves no residue during dismantling, which confirms its professional level and long-term reliability.

Gloss, matte, satin and transparent finishes are available in a wide range - from deep pigments and pearlescent metallics to chameleon colors and sophisticated dark tones designed for premium applications. All shades undergo color fastness and weather resistance testing.

From city roads to extreme terrain.

Nexthor Armor films are produced in a standard format of 1.52 × 15 m and available in three thicknesses:

Standard (7.5 mil ≈ 190 μm) represents a balanced ratio between protection, flexibility and aesthetics – an ideal solution for most vehicles in regular operation.
Off-Road (8.5 mil ≈ 215 μm) is intended for vehicles exposed to increased mechanical stress, typically when driving on gravel, forest or unpaved roads.
Dakar (10 mil ≈ 254 μm) provides maximum physical resistance for extreme conditions where frequent contact with dirt and hard particles is expected.

Thicker PPF films do not automatically mean better protection . Thinner PPF films offer better formability, more precise detailing, and a visually cleaner result.
