Description
Satin Army Green Paint Protection Film That Stops Damage Before It Starts
Rock chips, scratches, and road debris don't wait for permission to ruin your paint. This 7.5 mil TPU film absorbs impact from gravel, bug acids, and UV exposure while keeping your factory finish intact. Satin Army Green paint protection film wraps your panels in a protective barrier that takes the hit so your clearcoat doesn't. Thinner by design, the film maintains optical clarity and contours smoothly around curves without the bulk of thicker alternatives.
SelfRepair Technology Erases Light Scratches With Heat
Minor swirls and surface scratches vanish when exposed to heat. The Nexthor SelfRepair™ topcoat reflows under warmth from the sun or a heat gun, smoothing out abrasions and restoring the satin finish. This self-healing paint protection film keeps your green wrap looking fresh without constant correction. Park in the sun, and watch imperfections disappear.
Hydrophilic Nano Coating and Adhesive Built for Longevity
The Nexthor AquaGuard™ hydrophilic nano coating spreads water into a thin sheet that carries dirt and contaminants off the surface. Unlike hydrophobic coatings that bead water, this hydrophilic layer sheets it away for a cleaner finish with less effort. Nexthor BondGrip™ adhesive from the USA locks the film in place without creep or lift, backed by a 10-year warranty. Hydrophobic coating is available on request if you prefer beading behavior.
Order Satin Army Green SelfRepair Nano-Coated PPF today and protect your car in a finish that combines rock chip protection with a tactical, matte green style.

Application & Installation
Application & Installation
Nexthor™ Paint Protection Film is manufactured from premium American and German raw materials and engineered for maximum tensile strength, optical clarity, and controlled elasticity at optimized thickness. Correct installation ensures full adhesive activation, structural integrity, and long-term performance.
Professional Requirements
Installation must be performed in a controlled, dust-free environment using professional-grade tools. Surface contamination, improper slip ratios, or uncontrolled heat application may compromise adhesion performance.
- Professional PPF squeegee (multi-hardness)
- Precision blade system
- Lint-free microfiber system
- Distilled water only
- Heat control equipment
Installation Methodology
Nexthor™ PPF is designed for precision wet application using controlled alignment, calibrated slip ratios, and structured adhesive activation. The following methodology ensures optimal bonding strength, visual clarity, and long-term durability.
1. Surface ConditioningVehicle surface must be fully decontaminated and panel temperature stabilized. Final wipe with isopropyl alcohol solution is mandatory. Surface must be clean, dry, oil-free, and dust-free.
2. Slip FormulaRecommended ratio: 1L distilled water + 2–4 drops pure baby shampoo. Mix gently to maintain low-foam consistency. No conditioners, waxes, or silicone-based additives permitted.
3. Film PositioningApply slip solution to both surface and adhesive layer. Position film under controlled tension. Maintain alignment with body lines and structural reference points.
4. Adhesive ActivationExecute center-out squeegee passes with overlapping pressure lines. All fluid must be evacuated to achieve full adhesive contact. Edges must be secured using controlled pressure and temperature. Avoid overheating.
5. Curing Phase
Initial bond stabilization: 24 hours.
Complete adhesive cure: 7–30 days depending on climate conditions.
During curing:
No washing for 48 hours.
No high-pressure exposure for 7 days.
Temporary moisture pockets may appear and will dissipate naturally.
Maintenance & Care
Nexthor™ PPF incorporates advanced self-healing elastomer technology activated by thermal energy. Wash with pH-neutral automotive shampoo only. Avoid abrasive tools and aggressive chemical exposure. Professional installation is strongly recommended for complex geometries and high-tension panels.
