    The AquaGuard™ active layer uses advanced German nanotechnology to create an ultra-thin coating with a strong hydrophobic effect. It reduces the film’s surface tension so effectively that water instantly forms droplets, carrying away dust, road salt, and minerals. As a result, the surface dries faster, stays cleaner, and maintains its protective performance for up to 12 months, with the option of regular reapplication for a long-lasting effect.

    SelfRepair™ Self-Healing Effect (USA)

    SelfRepair™ technology uses an advanced elastomeric top layer developed in the USA, which is activated by heat and naturally heals minor scratches and holograms. At temperatures around 60–80 °C, the polymer chains in the surface layer reorganize, allowing the film to restore a perfectly smooth finish without the need for polishing. The regenerative effect works just as reliably on both gloss and matte finishes, ensuring the film maintains its premium appearance over the long term.

More than 120 color variations

The Nexthor portfolio includes more than 150 color variations, with a strong focus on optical clarity, UV stability, and a consistent appearance.

Available finishes include gloss, matte, satin, and transparent options across a wide spectrum — from deep pigments and pearlescent metallics to chameleon colors and sophisticated dark tones designed for premium applications.

All shades undergo testing for color stability and resistance to weather conditions.

From city streets to extreme terrain

Nexthor Armor films are manufactured in a standard 1.52 × 15 m format and are available in three thickness options:

Standard (7.5 mil ≈ 190 μm) offers a balanced combination of protection, flexibility, and aesthetics – an ideal solution for most vehicles in everyday use.

Off-Road (8.5 mil ≈ 215 μm) is designed for vehicles exposed to increased mechanical stress, typically when driving on gravel, forest, or unpaved roads.

Dakar (10 mil ≈ 254 μm) provides maximum physical durability for extreme conditions where frequent contact with dirt and hard particles is expected.

Greater thickness does not automatically mean better protection. Thinner PPF films offer better conformability, more precise detailing, and a visually cleaner finish.
