Shipping Policy

Nexthor ships to customers around the world. We operate a distributed international warehouse network that allows us to fulfill orders quickly across multiple regions.

Shipping is free of charge on all orders, worldwide. No minimum order value, no hidden handling fees. The shipping cost displayed at checkout will be zero unless you choose an expedited or premium shipping option (where available).

All Nexthor PPF products are custom-made and prepared to order. Standard processing time is 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation, depending on:

• Product type (rolls, pre-cut kits, custom dimensions)
• Order volume
• Current production queue
• Payment confirmation status
• Warehouse routing (we ship from the closest available location to your delivery address)

Large or custom orders may require additional processing time. We will notify you by email if your order requires more than 5 business days to process.

Standard delivery time worldwide is 7 to 21 business days after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Actual delivery time depends on:

• Destination country and region
• Local courier performance
• Customs clearance (for orders crossing customs zones)
• Local conditions, holidays, and weather

These are estimates from our shipping carriers. Nexthor is not responsible for courier delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

We ship orders via established international carriers, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, GLS, and regional postal services. The carrier is selected based on:

• Destination country
• Warehouse location closest to the recipient
• Package size and weight
• Shipping option chosen at checkout (if applicable)

All shipments include a tracking number, which is automatically emailed to you when your order is dispatched.

Our distributed warehouse network minimizes customs friction for most orders by shipping from the closest regional location to the customer.

However, for orders that cross customs zones, the following applies:

• Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
• These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are not collected by Nexthor.
• If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, the order may be subject to additional fees and is not eligible for a full refund.

For orders within the European Union, applicable VAT is included in the displayed product price and no additional duties apply.

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout. Nexthor is not responsible for:

• Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Orders returned due to incomplete or undeliverable addresses
• Reshipping costs for redirected packages

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@nexthorppf.com with the subject "Address correction" and your order number. We will attempt to correct the address before shipment, but cannot guarantee a correction after dispatch.

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing:

• Tracking number
• Carrier name
• Link to the carrier's tracking page
• Estimated delivery window for your region

Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours of dispatch. For questions about tracking, contact info@nexthorppf.com with the subject "Tracking inquiry" and your order number.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please refer to our Refund Policy for the claim procedure. In short:

• Damage claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Lost shipment claims must be reported within 7 days of expected delivery.
• Email info@nexthorppf.com with photos and your order number.

Nexthor reserves the right to refuse shipment to certain countries or regions where:

• Carrier service is unreliable or unavailable
• Local regulations restrict the import of our products
• Sanctions or trade restrictions apply

If your destination is restricted, you will be notified at checkout or by email after order placement, and any payment will be refunded in full.

Orders placed under our B2B partner programs (Installer Club, Pilot, Scout, Starter Pack) may be subject to different shipping arrangements, including bulk shipping discounts, priority processing times, dedicated logistics support, and consolidated shipments from regional warehouses. Specific terms are communicated during the partner onboarding process.
