Training & Certification Framework

The Nexthor Training & Certification Framework defines how individuals and studios earn the Authorized Nexthor Installer designation. There are two paths:

• Training path: Completing the official two-day Nexthor PPF Installer Training program (Sections 2–4). Open to anyone — new installers, existing technicians, or individuals with no prior PPF experience.
• Experience recognition path: Nexthor PPF may grant the Authorized designation to a studio that already has demonstrated PPF installation experience, without requiring formal training (Section 5A).

The Authorized designation is separate from and independent of the Installer Club rank system. It is not earned automatically by reaching any rank threshold — it is always granted by Nexthor PPF at its sole discretion.

The Nexthor PPF Installer Training is a two-day hands-on program covering the knowledge and practical skills required to install Nexthor PPF correctly and to the standard expected of an authorized installer.

Program content

The training program covers, among other topics:

• Nexthor PPF product range — materials, finishes, properties, and correct handling
• Surface preparation — cleaning, decontamination, and paint condition assessment
• PPF cutting techniques — manual and plotter-assisted methods
• Installation methods — wet application, dry application, heat forming, and edge wrapping
• Common defects — causes, prevention, and correction
• Quality control — inspection standards and post-installation care
• Customer communication — setting expectations, warranty, and aftercare advice

Format

Training is conducted in person at a Nexthor-designated location or at a venue arranged by Nexthor PPF. Remote or online-only training does not qualify for certification under this Framework.

Language

Training is conducted in Slovak, Czech, or English depending on the session. The available language for each session is confirmed at the time of booking.

Training fee

The current training fee is €1,500 including VAT per participant per two-day session. This fee covers instruction, materials used during training, and the issuance of the Nexthor PPF Installer Certificate upon successful completion.

The training fee must be paid in full before the training session begins. Nexthor PPF reserves the right to decline entry to a participant who has not settled the fee.

Fee changes

Nexthor PPF may adjust the training fee at any time. The fee applicable to a booking is the fee confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Changes to the fee after a booking is confirmed do not affect that booking.

Cancellation and refunds

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the training date are entitled to a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the training date are entitled to a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the training date are not entitled to a refund. The participant may, with Nexthor PPF's agreement, transfer their booking to a future session.
• Nexthor PPF reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training session. In this case, participants are entitled to a full refund or transfer to an alternative date.

Upon successful completion of the two-day training program, the participant receives a Nexthor PPF Installer Certificate issued in their personal name.

What certification confirms

The certificate confirms that the individual has completed the Nexthor PPF Installer Training program and demonstrated the foundational skills required for professional PPF installation using Nexthor products. It does not guarantee a specific level of installation quality in commercial practice, which depends on the individual's ongoing effort, experience, and conditions.

Certification is personal

The Nexthor PPF Installer Certificate is issued to the individual participant, not to a studio or business entity. The certificate remains with the individual regardless of where they work.

Certification is lifetime

The certificate does not expire. Once earned, it remains valid for the individual's lifetime, subject to the recertification provision in Section 6.

What happens if a participant does not complete the program

If a participant does not complete the full two-day program, or if Nexthor PPF determines that the participant has not met the required standard, no certificate is issued. Nexthor PPF will determine on a case-by-case basis whether the participant may re-attend a future session and under what conditions, including whether an additional fee applies. No automatic right to a refund arises solely from non-completion.

An Installer Club member studio earns the Authorized Nexthor Installer designation through the training path when at least one of its active technicians holds a valid Nexthor PPF Installer Certificate and is currently working at that studio.

Maintaining the designation

The Authorized designation is tied to the presence of a certified individual at the studio. If the certified individual leaves the studio and no other certified technician remains:

• The studio's Authorized designation is suspended.
• Nexthor PPF will notify the studio in writing.
• The studio may restore the Authorized designation by enrolling a new technician in the training program or applying for experience recognition under Section 5A.

What the Authorized designation allows

Studios holding the Authorized designation may use the title "Authorized Nexthor Installer" in their communications, signage, and marketing materials, in accordance with the Brand & Marketing Guidelines Policy. Studios without the designation may use "Nexthor Installer Club Member" or their earned rank designation but may not use the word "Authorized".

Nexthor's right to withdraw the designation

Nexthor PPF reserves the right to withdraw the Authorized designation at any time if the studio's installation standards, customer conduct, or policy compliance falls below the expected level.

Nexthor PPF may grant the Authorized designation to a studio that already has demonstrable PPF installation experience, without requiring formal completion of the two-day training program.

How to apply for experience recognition

A studio wishing to be considered for experience recognition must contact Nexthor PPF at info@nexthorppf.com and provide information about their PPF installation background. Nexthor PPF may request any or all of the following as part of its review:

• Photos or videos of completed PPF installations
• Description of prior PPF experience (brands installed, volume, years active)
• References or documentation from prior clients or suppliers
• A phone or video call with Nexthor PPF staff
• Any other information Nexthor PPF considers relevant

Nexthor PPF's sole discretion

Nexthor PPF has full and sole discretion to grant, decline, or conditionally grant experience recognition. There is no automatic entitlement. Nexthor PPF is not required to provide reasons for declining an application.

Where Nexthor PPF grants recognition, it will confirm in writing the basis of the recognition and any conditions attached. Recognition may be conditional on the studio completing specific elements of the training program, demonstrating installation quality within a probationary period, or any other condition Nexthor PPF specifies.

Effect of recognition

A studio that receives experience recognition is treated as Authorized for all purposes under the Installer Agreement and this Framework. The same maintenance, suspension, and withdrawal rules apply as for the training path (Section 5).

Experience recognition does not result in the issuance of a personal Nexthor PPF Installer Certificate to any individual. It is a studio-level designation only.

The Nexthor PPF Installer Certificate is issued as a lifetime credential. There is no scheduled renewal requirement.

However, Nexthor PPF reserves the right to introduce a recertification requirement in the following circumstances:

• A significant change to the Nexthor PPF product range or installation methodology that renders the prior training materially outdated.
• A change in the technical standards expected of authorized installers.

If Nexthor PPF introduces a recertification requirement, it will notify all affected certificate holders in writing at least 60 days in advance, specifying the recertification format, fee (if any), and deadline. Certificate holders who do not complete recertification by the specified deadline may have their Authorized status suspended until recertification is completed.

Recertification is a right Nexthor PPF may exercise at its discretion. It will not be introduced arbitrarily or as a commercial mechanism to generate revenue, but only when genuinely warranted by changes to the product or technical standards.

Nexthor PPF reserves the right to revoke an individual's Nexthor PPF Installer Certificate in the following circumstances:

• The certificate was obtained through misrepresentation, fraud, or by attending training under false pretenses.
• The individual is found to have engaged in conduct that seriously damages the Nexthor brand or the reputation of the certified installer community, as determined by Nexthor PPF.
• The individual's Partner Agreement (if any) is terminated for cause under the Conflict Resolution & Enforcement Policy.

Revocation of a certificate automatically results in the suspension of the associated studio's Authorized designation if no other certified technician is present at the studio.

Nexthor PPF will notify the individual in writing of any revocation decision and the grounds for it. There is no formal appeal process, but the individual may contact Nexthor PPF at info@nexthorppf.com to provide additional context within 14 days of the notice.

Certified individuals and Authorized studios must use their certification credentials accurately and in accordance with the Brand & Marketing Guidelines Policy. Specifically:

• The certificate may be displayed physically at the studio premises or digitally in the individual's professional profiles.
• The title "Authorized Nexthor Installer" may be used by the studio only while the designation is active.
• The certificate may not be transferred, sold, or lent to another individual or studio.
• Using the "Authorized Nexthor Installer" designation without holding a valid designation is a breach of the Partner Agreement and this Policy, and may constitute misleading commercial practice under applicable consumer protection law.

Nexthor PPF reserves the right to modify this Training & Certification Framework at any time, including changes to the training content, format, fee, certification requirements, and recertification conditions. Material changes that affect the value of existing certifications will be communicated to certificate holders at least 30 days before taking effect. Non-material changes may be made without advance notice. Continued participation in the Nexthor Partner Network after any update constitutes acceptance of the updated Framework.
