Nexthor™ Transparent Sparkle Matte PPF je číry ochranný film s matným povrchom a jemným trblietavým efektom, ktorý dodáva lak, sofistikovaný a luxusný vzhľad bez zmien pôvodnej farby vozidla. Na prvý pohľad pôsobí prirodzene, no pri dopade svetla odhaľuje decentné iskrenie, ktoré podčiarkuje exkluzivitu povrchu.

Matný finiš znižuje odlesky a vytvára moderný „stealth“ vzhľad, pričom zachováva originálny charakter laku. ideálne riešenie pre tých, ktorí chcú zachovať pôvodnú farbu vozidla, ale zároveň ju posunúť na rovnakú aktuálnu úroveň.

Vďaka pokročilej samoliečivej nano technológii dokáže povrch filmu redukovať viditeľnosť drobných škrabancov pôsobením tepla, čím zostáva povrch dlhodobo čistý a esteticky pôsobivý.

Installation must be performed in a controlled, dust-free environment using professional-grade tools. Surface contamination, improper slip ratios, or uncontrolled heat application may compromise adhesion performance.

Installation Methodology

Nexthor™ PPF is designed for precision wet application using controlled alignment, calibrated slip ratios, and structured adhesive activation. The following methodology ensures optimal bonding strength, visual clarity, and long-term durability.

1. Surface Conditioning

Vehicle surface must be fully decontaminated and panel temperature stabilized. Final wipe with isopropyl alcohol solution is mandatory. Surface must be clean, dry, oil-free, and dust-free.

2. Slip Formula

Recommended ratio: 1L distilled water + 2–4 drops pure baby shampoo. Mix gently to maintain low-foam consistency. No conditioners, waxes, or silicone-based additives permitted.

3. Film Positioning

Apply slip solution to both surface and adhesive layer. Position film under controlled tension. Maintain alignment with body lines and structural reference points.

4. Adhesive Activation

Execute center-out squeegee passes with overlapping pressure lines. All fluid must be evacuated to achieve full adhesive contact. Edges must be secured using controlled pressure and temperature. Avoid overheating.

5. Curing Phase

Initial bond stabilization: 24 hours.
Complete adhesive cure: 7–30 days depending on climate conditions.

During curing:
No washing for 48 hours.
No high-pressure exposure for 7 days.
Temporary moisture pockets may appear and will dissipate naturally.

Maintenance & Care

Nexthor™ PPF incorporates advanced self-healing elastomer technology activated by thermal energy. Wash with pH-neutral automotive shampoo only. Avoid abrasive tools and aggressive chemical exposure. Professional installation is strongly recommended for complex geometries and high-tension panels.
