Partners who use social media to promote Nexthor products or their Nexthor partnership must comply with the following rules.
Identification
Any post, story, reel, video, or other content that promotes Nexthor products or your Nexthor partnership must clearly identify you as an independent Nexthor partner — not as a Nexthor employee or official spokesperson. Use phrases such as "Independent Nexthor Partner", "Nexthor Pilot", or "Authorized Nexthor Installer" where accurate to your actual role.
Accuracy
All product claims, performance statements, and pricing information shared on social media must be accurate and consistent with official Nexthor communications. Do not make claims about product performance, durability, or warranty coverage that go beyond what Nexthor officially states.
Earnings claims
You must not post income claims, earnings screenshots, or lifestyle content that implies financial results achievable through the Nexthor partnership. This applies across all platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and any other channel. See the Code of Conduct, Section 7 for full details.
Customer photos and GDPR
When sharing photos or videos of customer installations, you must have documented consent from the customer to publish the content. Vehicle license plates, visible faces, and other personally identifying details must be obscured unless explicit written consent has been obtained from the individuals concerned. You are solely responsible for compliance with GDPR and applicable data protection law in connection with content you publish.
Hashtags and tagging
You may use official Nexthor hashtags and tag Nexthor accounts in relevant content. You may not use Nexthor-branded hashtags in content that promotes competing products or unrelated businesses.
Negative content
You must not post negative, critical, or disparaging content about Nexthor, its products, management, or other partners on any public channel. Raise concerns through the internal process described in the Conflict Resolution & Enforcement Policy.
Paid advertising
Partners who run paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or any other paid platform) using Nexthor brand elements must obtain prior written approval from Nexthor for each campaign. Contact info@nexthorppf.com before launching. Unauthorized paid advertising using Nexthor branding is a serious breach of this Policy.
