Protective film developed based on American aliphatic TPU, supplemented with a hydrophobic nano topcoat developed in Germany, a self-healing surface and a special quick-drying adhesive.
Hydrophobic surface 🇩🇪
The hydrophobic nano layer developed in Germany reduces the surface tension of the film, limiting the adhesion of water, minerals and road dirt. The result is a lower rate of dirt deposition and a stable, optically uniform surface even with long-term use.
Self-healing surface 🇺🇸
The elastomeric surface layer reacts to heat and reorganizes the polymer chains at the point of damage. Fine scratches and holograms heal naturally with normal solar heating. No polishing, no intervention, no surface degradation.
Aliphatic TPU substrate 🇺🇸
The core of Nexthor PPF is an aliphatic TPU developed in the USA. It guarantees crystal clarity, high UV resistance and the ability to absorb stone impacts without damaging the paint. Anti-yellowing additives ensure color stability and flexibility over years of use.

The precisely formulated adhesive system allows controlled positioning during application and after curing creates a homogeneous, optically clear bond without bubbles and lines. Full stability within 24 hours, professional removal without adhesive residue.
