Questions

Everything you should know.

Direct answers about role, commissions, territory and approval process.

What does a Pilot actually do?
A Pilot is Nexthor's official sales representative for an assigned territory. You visit PPF studios, present our products and technology, negotiate partnerships and close them directly on behalf of Nexthor. You also onboard partners into the network and stay as their main contact.
How do the L1, L2, L3 commissions work?
When you close a partner directly, they sit on your Level 1 — you earn €100 on every PPF roll they ever order. If that partner brings in another partner, the new one becomes your L2 (you earn €30/roll on them). If the L2 brings in someone, that becomes your L3 (€15/roll). All commissions are lifetime as long as partners stay active.
What if Nexthor HQ generates a lead in my territory?
Leads generated by Nexthor marketing, trade shows or inbound channels in your assigned territory go to you. You close the deal, the partner sits on your Level 1, you earn €100 per roll. Nexthor HQ shares as Level 2 on €30 per roll.
How is Pilot different from Scout?
Pilots are trained sales representatives with an assigned territory and authority to close partnerships in Nexthor name. Scouts only refer contacts to the Nexthor sales team without representing the company. Both earn the same L1/L2/L3 commission structure, but Pilot is a career role and Scout is casual referrals.
How long does approval take?
We review every Pilot application personally within 14 days. Approval depends on your sales background, automotive knowledge and territory availability. Once approved, you get training materials, sales kit and access to the Pilot dashboard.
