Refund Policy

Nexthor PPF (paint protection film) products are custom-made and made-to-order. Every roll is cut, prepared, and quality-checked specifically for your order based on the dimensions, format, and specifications you select.

For this reason, under Article 16(c) of EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and Slovak Civil Code §7 ods. 6 písm. c) Act No. 102/2014 Coll., the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to our PPF products once production or processing has begun.

By completing your order, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Your order will be prepared specifically for you.
• You waive your right to a 14-day no-reason return once processing has started.
• This applies to PPF rolls, pre-cut kits, custom-sized products, and any product configured to your specifications.

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered goods (see sections below).

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if you contact us before we begin processing or producing your order. To request cancellation:

• Email info@nexthorppf.com with the subject "Order cancellation" and your order number.
• Cancellation requests are processed in the order they are received.
• We will confirm in writing whether cancellation is still possible.

Once production or processing has begun (typically within 24 hours of order placement on business days), cancellation is no longer possible and the order is final.

If your order arrives physically damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive at all, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement at our discretion. To file a claim:

• Notify us at info@nexthorppf.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost shipments).
• Subject line: "Damaged shipment" or "Lost shipment".
• Include your order number, photos of the damage (if applicable), and the courier tracking number.
• Do not discard the packaging until the claim is resolved.

We will investigate with the courier and, if the claim is verified, issue a refund or replacement within 14 business days.

All Nexthor PPF products are covered by the warranty terms published on our website and product pages. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (coating defect, adhesive failure on a sealed roll, manufacturing contamination), you are entitled to:

• A replacement of the defective product, or
• A refund if a replacement is not possible.

Warranty claims must be filed within the warranty period and supported by photos, the original order number, and a description of the defect. Email info@nexthorppf.com with the subject "Warranty claim".

Defects caused by improper installation, misuse, mechanical damage after installation, or normal wear and tear are not covered.

If we ship you the wrong product (different specifications, format, or item than ordered), we will:

• Replace the product at no additional cost.
• Cover return shipping for the incorrect item.
• Process the correct shipment as a priority.

Report the issue within 7 days of delivery at info@nexthorppf.com with the subject "Wrong item received".

For clarity, refunds are not available in the following situations:

• Change of mind after production has started.
• Incorrect specifications selected by the customer (size, format, finish, color).
• Buyer's remorse after delivery of a non-defective product.
• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification.
• Products that have been used, cut further, or installed.
• Failure to inspect and report damage within 7 days of delivery.
• Returns sent without prior written authorization from Nexthor.

When a refund is approved:

• The refund is processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Processing time: 5 to 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Currency exchange differences (if applicable) are not refunded.
• Original shipping costs are refunded only when the return is due to our error (damaged, lost, defective, or wrong product).

Orders placed under our B2B partner programs (Installer Club, Pilot, Scout, Starter Pack) are subject to the same refund terms as retail orders, plus the additional provisions of the applicable Partner Agreement. In case of conflict between this Refund Policy and a Partner Agreement, the Partner Agreement controls.

This Refund Policy does not affect any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence. Where mandatory consumer protection rights apply, they take precedence over this policy.
