Partners may request withdrawal of earned and final commissions at any time by contacting Nexthor PPF at partners@nexthorppf.com or through the Nexthor Member Portal when available.
Payout method
Bank transfer in EUR to the partner's registered bank account. SEPA transfers are standard within the Eurozone. International wires to non-SEPA accounts may incur bank fees that are deducted from the payout amount.
Invoice requirement
Each withdrawal requires a valid invoice issued by the partner's registered business entity (živnosť or IČO). The invoice must be addressed to Digital Bug s.r.o., IČO 54330483, Okružná 20, 058 01 Poprad, Slovakia. Payouts will not be processed without a valid, correctly addressed invoice.
Payout frequency
Withdrawals are on-demand. There is no automatic payment schedule. The partner initiates each withdrawal request by submitting a valid invoice to Nexthor PPF.
Payout processing time
Once a valid withdrawal request and correctly issued invoice are received, payouts are processed within up to 10 business days. Processing is suspended during weekends, Slovak public holidays, and any system maintenance windows announced in advance.
Minimum withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is €250. If the partner's available balance is below this threshold, the balance carries forward until the minimum is reached. Nexthor PPF will not process partial payouts below this threshold.
Currency
All commissions and payouts are denominated in EUR. No currency conversion is performed by Nexthor PPF. Partners receiving payments to non-EUR accounts bear any exchange rate risk and conversion fees.
Tax responsibility
Partners are solely responsible for declaring all commission income to their local tax and social insurance authorities. Nexthor PPF does not withhold any tax at source. Upon request, Nexthor PPF will provide an annual commission statement for the partner's records.
